Faculty members should fill the "Conflict of Interest" form.
Italian people should select the Italian form, while the English one should be selected by people of other countries.
Print and fill it, according to your personal condition and finally sign it, adding the date.
Then make a scan of the printed page, save it as a pdf file and send it to the Secretariat Meeting address redazione@vasculab.it.
Remember that the chosen declaration must be reported as the 1st slide of your presentation.

I membri del corpo docente devon compilare il modulo del "Conflitto di Interesse", gli Italiani il modulo in Italiano, mentre il modulo in Inglese deve essere compilato da membri di altri paesi.
Stampatelo e compilatelo, in accordo alla vostra condizione personale. Infine firmatelo e aggiungete la data.
Fatene uno "scan" e salvatelo in formato pdf, inviandelo all'indirizzo della Segreteria del Convegno redazione@vasculab.it.
Notare che la dichiarazione prescelta deve essere riportata come prima diapositiva della vostra presentazione.
