How to send event advertisements to Vasculab subscribers

Calendar of the Upcoming Events

Generally the Secretariat sends a message on the Vasculab List twice a month, including the nearest upcoming events (approximately 3-4 months) in a reduced collective format. It is not possible to change the periodicity of the collective message. To see a preview of the Vasculab collective message consult the Calendar of the Upcoming Events. At the top of each cell table the number ID of the Event is shown.
All the write and read operations listed above are free and at no charge.

Personalized event messages

Inserting the ID of the event into the Vasculab single message form and pressing 'return' it is possibile to see the event complete format, which however is charged a negligible fee.

introduce the record number .

Message options and fees

You can choose also when to send your advertisement, alone and not included in a collective message. Some restrictions however apply, because it is not possible to send personalized messages if the event dates overlap a planned Vasculab istitutional event.
Also changes to a free but already inserted event are charged and the attempt to introduce duplicates of the event to avoid fee appliance will generate the deletion of both messages. This is done because changing or duplicating a record will require a maintainance work by the Secretariat, which is a huge and costly work.
To consult options for complete message announcements, go to the Message options and fees page.
