PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
In order to get the reduced fees, payment must be concluded in the required period.
Early e Medium Fees require Vasculab Subscription, to be maintained at least until to the Meeting starting day.
For eventual unsubscriptions to Vasculab before the Meeting, you will be asked to pay the complete fee.
Soon Credit Card payment will be available.
Actually, it's possible to pay by bank transfer.
The bank transfer must be concluded in 5 days after sending the registration form. Payment must be addressed to

Note on the bank transfer: Hemodyn 2011 Meeting Subscription, name of the Subscriber and additional Services requested.
It's necessary to send soon a copy of the bank transfer (fax/scanner and email).
A receipt will be sent to you by email only after the bank transfer will be received. Please, add other data in order to emit a correct invoice:
i.e. name of people or company who make the payment, address, VAT number or any other info, according to your country fiscal laws.
ERASES AND REIMBOURSMENTS
Erases received before 31/07/2011 will give you the right to a reimboursement of 70% of the payed amount.
Erases received before 15/09/2011 will give you the right to a reimboursement of 50% of the payed amount.
As to erases received after 15/09/2011 no reimboursement is programmed.
Reiboursements will be effected after the Congress.
